Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items showing signs of use, alteration, or damage not present at delivery will not be accepted.

Refund Method
We accept payments only by Cash on Delivery. Refunds are issued through bank transfer to the account details you provide during the return process. We will process the refund within 7 business days after confirming the returned item meets the conditions stated above.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a replacement, please follow the return process and place a new order once your refund is processed.
